Matt confirms the right system, site requirements and any extra electrical or installation work before you accept.
Book the work
Once you’re happy with the quote, arrange an installation date. The new system is tested and the work area is left tidy.

Every home is different. Matt will confirm the details for your job in writing.
What’s included in the split system prices?
The listed prices include GST and a standard back-to-back installation. They’re indicative until Matt checks the site, stock and current supplier pricing. Longer pipe runs, difficult access and extra electrical work are quoted separately.
Do I need a dedicated electrical circuit?
Systems 5 kW and above need a suitable dedicated circuit. The listed installed prices assume one is already available. A licensed electrician quotes a new circuit separately when needed.
Which size air conditioner should I choose?
Room size is only a starting point. Sun exposure, insulation, ceiling height, layout and use all affect sizing. Share your room details or photos and Matt can recommend an option.
Can you remove my old system?
Yes, changeovers and removal can be included in your quote. Tell Matt about the existing unit and its location when you enquire.
What about warranties?
Manufacturer cover varies by brand and model. The exact warranty and any conditions are confirmed with your quote. Ask Matt about the workmanship cover for your installation.
